Marlyn E. Bomstad • 1935 - 2007 Marlyn was born August 24, 1935 in Kenmare, ND, the son of Martin O. and Edith (Nordstrom) Bomstad. He was raised and attended school in the Coulee area. In 1956 he enlisted in the United States Army and served three years in Germany. He was honorably discharged and returned to North Dakota. He made his home in Kenmare where he lived and worked his entire life. He worked as a projectionist at the Kenmare Theater for 20 years. Survivors: Brothers, Loren Bomstad, Kenmare and Allen Bomstad, Grand Island, NE; 4 nephews and one niece. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral: Monday, April 2, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at Nazareth Lutheran Church, Kenmare. Visitation: Monday from noon to service time in the church. Burial: Lakeview Cemetery, Kenmare, ND.
