Bohn 1906 - 2002 Anthony W. "Tony" Bohn, 96, 305 8th Ave. NE, Minot, died Saturday, October 26, 2002, in a Minot nursing home. Anthony was born June 16, 1906, in Karlsruhe, ND, the son of Wendelin and Eva Bohn. He was raised and educated in Karlsruhe, and later finished his education in Chicago. On August 6, 1929 he married Lillian O'Meara at St. Leo's Catholic Church in Minot. Anthony worked as superintendent of construction for Iver E. Orheim for over 50 years, until his retirement. Lillian died December 10, 1974. Anthony married Madeline Bohn on July 10, 1980. He entered Trinity Homes in 1996, where he since had lived. Tony was a member of St. Leo's Catholic Church, Minot, and was a member of the Holy Name Society. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a former member of the Eagles Aerie, both Minot. Survivors: Wife, Madeline, Minot; sons, James (Carol) Bohn, Minot, Anthony, Jr. (Jan) Bohn, Marietta, GA, and Richard (Karen) Bohn, Havre, MT; daughters, Maryann Dickey, Minot, Marilyn Kaemmer, Denver, CO, Karen (Don) Lott, Decatur, AL, and Beverly Russell, Savaland, AL; 27 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive. Tony was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian; daughter, Patti Evans; infant son, William Bohn; his parents, Wendelin and Eva Bohn; brothers, Dick, Peter and Joseph Bohn; sisters, Eva Kundert, Sister Wendelin Bohn, and Sister Floretta Bohn. Funeral: Tuesday, October 29, 2002, at 10:30 a.m., at St. Leo's Catholic Church, Minot. Visitation: Monday, from noon to 7:00 p.m., at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot, ND. Rosary Recitation: Monday at 7:00 p.m., at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot, ND.
