Kathy Bly • 1968 - 2007 Kathy Lynn Dixon was born on December 8, 1968, the daughter of Alex and Evelyn (Ivanoff) Dixon in Longview, WA. She was reared and educated in Longview. In 1990, she moved to Powers Lake, ND, where she worked several jobs in the Burke County area. She volunteered her time helping out at the Kenmare hospital. Her children were the center of her life. She would attend all of their activities. She is survived by: Children: Alicia Bly, Grand Forks, ND, Tara Dixon, Powers Lake, ND, Lawrence Thielen, Williston, ND, Alex Bly, Powers Lake, ND; brothers Dean Wagner Sr., Longview, WA, Frank (Veronica Chapel) Moran, Williston, ND; sisters: Kim (Steve) Rodin, Kenmare, ND, Kay Dixon, Longview, WA, and Rachel Reagan, Longview, WA, Parents, Gene Dixon, Clatskanie, OR and Evelyn Ivanoff, Longview, WA and special friend, Greg Holmen, Powers Lake, ND. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Edith and Roscoe Dixon, and maternal grandmother Annie Lee Phillips.
