Jeff Beyer • 1968 - 2008 Jeffrey Jay Beyer was born July 3, 1968, a son of Bryan and Jean (Wurtz) Beyer, in Minot, ND. He was raised and educated in Wahpeton, Williston, and Minot. He graduated from Minot High School in 1986. Following his high school graduation, Jeff moved to Colorado, where he worked as a mechanic in the Longmont, CO, area, and was currently working for Ensign US Drilling as a truck driver. He had a relationship with T'anna Rossen to which two sons, Tory, and Alexx were born. He had a longtime relationship with Cathy Lewerke, and her daughters, Nina and Mickay. It was easy to see that Jeff's rough exterior did not reflect who he truly was. He loved music, motorcycle riding, and he loved Beth Hilzer, with whom he was currently in a committed relationship. He was a tattoo artist, a gentle giant. His loving family includes: sons, Tory, and Alexx, both of Littleton, CO; parents, Jean Beyer, Minot, and Bryan (Brenda) Beyer, Minot; brothers, Scott (Laurie) Beyer and their children, Emma and Anna, all of Minot, Marc Beyer, Minot, and Jay (Jennie) Beyer, Green Bay, WI; maternal grandparents, George and Grace Wurtz, Plaza, ND; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jeff was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Wally and Dorothy Beyer. Funeral: Saturday, November 8, 2008, at 11:00 a.m.
