Rhoda Berge • 1912 - 2004 Rhoda Berge, 91, Minot, formerly of Kenmare, died Sunday, August 1, 2004, at a Minot nursing home. She was born on October 5, 1912, at Roseland Township, Kenmare, ND the daughter of Peter and Matilda (Danielson) Erickson. She was reared and educated in Kenmare and confirmed at Elmdale Lutheran Church, Niobe, ND. She married Irvin J. Berge on September 27,1933, at Kenmare, ND. Following their marriage the couple lived in Williston, ND. In 1968, Rhoda and Irvin moved to Arizona where they spent several winters and their summers in Kenmare. Later they moved to Minot. Irvine died on December 10, 1995. Rhoda remained in Minot until the time of her death. Survivors; nieces, Gloria Holmes, Solomon, KS, Marjorie Kreller, Pine River, MN, Darlene Stone, Kenmare, Carolyn Behnke, Dubach, LA, and Donna Figlik, Loves Park, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin, her parents, brothers, Paul and Archie Erickson and sisters, Ester and Mabel Heglund. Funeral Service: Friday, August 6, 2004, at 2 p.m. at Elmdale Lutheran Church, Niobe. Visitation: Thursday, August 5, 2004, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Kenmare.
