David Belgarde • 1948 - 2008 David was born on December 12, 1948, in Belcourt, ND, the youngest son of Ernie and Mary (St. Arnaude) Belgarde. He was reared and educated in Minot and St. Joseph's Indian School in Chamberlin, SD. David was once married to Mary Ann Barrintos. The couple had two daughters, Kateri and Dawn. David moved to Minnesota where he worked for a printing company and also was an Amway distributor. He moved back to Minot and was employed as a mason, worked at the rendering plant and most recently for Earth Recycling. David was a hard worker and loved to be busy. Survivors: daughters, Kateri and Dawn Belgarde, St.
Cloud, MN; brother, Richard (Linda) Belgarde, Lathrop, CA; sisters,
Stella (Jerry) Ness, Watertown, SD, Genny Loethen, Minot, and
Phyllis Allen, Kirkland, WA; and numerous nieces, nephews and
cousins. Mass of Christian Burial: Thursday, March 6, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Leo's Catholic Church, Minot Visitation: Wednesday, March 5, 2008, from Noon until 7 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 p.m. at the Thompson-Larson Funeral Home Chapel, Minot Burial will take place in the spring at Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.
