David Harley Armstrong
• 1940 - 2007 He was born on October 19, 1940, in Breckenridge, CO, the son of Don W. and Charlotte (Nachtrieb) Armstrong. David taught high school science in North Dakota and El Paso, TX for 38 years. He married Marlys Borgers on February 3, 1961, in Minot. Survivors: wife; Marlys, Minot; son, Brent (Lori) Armstrong and their children, Kaylee and Connor, Minot; daughters, Lana (Dan) Fitzgerald La Vista, NE and their daughter Kari (Brent) Harris, Arlington, VA and Sara (Robert) Barkhurst and their daughter Morgan, Findlay, OH; brothers, Don (Lennie) Armstrong, Astoria, OR and Dick (Suzanne) Armstrong, Prescott, AZ; sisters, Patricia (Jim) Guindon, Post Falls, ID and Sharon (Ray) Richards, Rock Springs, WY; sisters-in-law, Gail (Gerald) Bongard, Anacortes, WA, Sandra (Dennis) Bergstrom, New Town, ND, Beverly (Kenneth) Rogers, Springfield, IL, Ellen (Paul) Metz, Minot, Pamela (Ray) Darby, Olympia, WA and Deanna (Paul) Nagel, Pelican Rapids, MN; and several nieces and nephews. Celebration of David's Lifetime: Monday, January 21, 2008, at 3 p.m. at the south convention center, Sleep Inn, Minot. Friends may come and share in refreshment and fellowship with
