The Thompson-Larson online obituary service is available for all families we serve. Staying with tradition, we will always submit death notices and obituaries to the newspapers of the family's choice. Newspapers are the best way to notify local communities quickly. However, many of us have family and friends living throughout the United States and abroad. Our online obituary service fills a growing need to communicate information quickly and efficiently by providing family and friends a method of notification available anywhere in the world by accessing this website. The information provided in our online obituaries is the same as a traditional newspaper obituary. Obituaries will remain on our website in our active section for the duration of the year. Obituaries for the previous years (2002) can be found in the archives, 2003, 2004, 2005 , 2006 or 2007 section. There will be no photos for the previous years unless the family requests it. They are listed in alphabetical order and can be accessed by double clicking on the name of the deceased. For the year 2007 we are placing the obituaries for each month that they died. Just click on the month and then they are placed alphabetically with the date of death behind the name. For those services that we do not have obituaries for yet, click on death notices. Note: Obituaries are placed on the obituary page only after the family has OK'd the obituary. This can take a day or two, sometimes the obituary will not be placed until the day of the visitation. Some families also request that the obituary is not placed online for privacy reasons. Our current listing of obituaries is as follows: Instructions to sign the online guest register for someone. Go to the person's obituary page. At the bottom of the page it will say to sign online guest register Click on that and then follow the instructions.
